Dan McNeff, is the CEO of Legally Mine. In addition to running his own businessess for the last 20 years, he has served as the Senior Vice President of one of the Nation's largest financial services company for 15 years. He is a published author with one book and many magazine and newspaper articles.

In this course you will learn why 90% of the lawsuits worldwide are filed in the U.S. and why this has a significant impact on dentist. You will also learn about the charging order that has been passed in all 50 states and who can determine the right to force distribution. This course will teach you about the Pro-Rata and Non Pro-Rata clause and which will protect your practice. You will also learn strategies and tools a dentist can use to mitigate the damage of the NPDB.
