Real-World Occlusion: It's Not Just the Teeth
The instructors will bring their clinical experiences to help blend the concepts of esthetics, function, and dysfunction into your everyday treatment regimen. This course will cover a step-by-step guide to 3-D examination of the occlusion, as well as splint fabrication. Attendees will gain experience in record taking for transfer from the mouth to the articulator that accurately records the position you have chosen.

- Review the role of parafunction and sleep disorders on the longevity of dental stability
- Discover why dental changes can affect occlusal stability
- Understand how, when, and why to use occlusal splints
