This course will provide an overview of selected cysts and neoplasms associated with the dental lamina and tooth formation. Clinical and radiographic features of both inflammatory and developmental cysts will be reviewed with an emphasis on developing a sound differential diagnosis. Case-based examples will be used to illustrate the clinical settings and radiographic findings of common and significant odontogenic lesions as well as potential mimics.

After this course attendees will be able to:
- Identify the clinical setting and radiographic features of common and clinically significant odontogenic cysts and neoplasms
- Describe current management options and follow-up protocols for various odontogenic cysts and neoplasms
- Understand benign and malignant conditions with clinical and radiographic features that can mimic odontogenic pathology
