REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Requests for cancellations/refunds must be processed through our website at yankeedental.com under the “Access Existing Registration” tab; no later than December 27th, 2024. After this date, no refunds - including for absences due to illness (including COVID-19), late arrivals, weather, or parking difficulties - will be granted. Cancellation processing fees are $25 per cancelled registration and $5 per course. The minimum refund allowed is $10. All requests must be submitted no later than: December 27th, 2024.
All wristbands purchased to the Flo-Rida Concert on Friday January 31st, 2025, are non-refundable. All concert sales are final, and Yankee Dental Congress does not offer any money-back guarantees, refunds, or exchanges for purchased concert seats at any time. Any wristbands that are lost after being picked up onsite are not replaceable, and a new wristband must be purchased for entry.
By attending Yankee, I agree to voluntarily assume all risk related to exposure and illness and agree not to hold MDS or any of its affiliates, partners, sponsors, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers, or Event venues liable for illness.
