Justin Wade, is an attorney in Mandelbaum Barrett PC’s Dental Law and Real Estate Practice Groups, where he focuses on supporting dental entrepreneurs across the country through every stage of their growth including business start-up formation, structuring and governance, M&A transactions, as well as their contract, employment, and real estate concerns. Justin also helps dental practice owners create succession plans and navigate complex business transactions such as practice acquisitions and sales, associate buy-ins, and sales to private equity backed dental services organizations (DSOs). As a member of the firm’s Real Estate Practice Group, Justin frequently represents both landlords and tenants in complex leasing transactions involving all property types. Justin is committed to the success of his clients and strives to promote awareness of important legal concepts, business strategy, and transition planning. Justin is a contributing member of “The DSO Decision: Winning Answers from Every Angle,” which delves into the DSO business model from a number of angles, including best practices for selling to DSOs, competing or partnering with them, forming affiliate groups, and launching personal DSOs.
