serves as Preclinical and Clinical Director of Removable Prosthodontics for the predoctoral program and Associate Professor for Tufts University, School of Dental Medicine.
She received her DMD from Tufts University, her DDS degree from University of Athens, in Greece. A Prosthodontist with Master of Science. in Biomaterials from State University of New York at Buffalo and an ITI implant fellow graduate from Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
A CELT (Enhancement of Learning and Teaching), Equity and Inclusion (CELT), and American Academy of Dental Science (AADS) fellow. She has pursued leadership roles in ADEA, Massachusetts Dental Society and serves as the faculty advisor to the American Academy of Women in Dentistry (AAWD) Tufts Chapter and Digital Dentistry Study Club.
Dr. Tsakalelli was the designer and co-developer of the Digital Dentistry Course for the predoctoral program and having completed two executive education programs on Artificial Intelligence (AI) offered by MIT Sloan School of Management and MIT Computer science and Artificial Intelligence Lab (CSAIL, she has successfully integrated Artificial Intelligence in the predoctoral Tufts Academic Curriculum.
