Dr. Sarah Finne is the Dental Director for the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Medicaid Services. She brings experiences from both the public health and private practice of dentistry. Dr. Finne holds a baccalaureate degree in dental hygiene, a DMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst. Dr. Finne is a past President of the Medicaid | Medicare | CHIP Services Dental Association, is a founding co-chair of the NH Dental Medicaid Advisory Committee – a joint venture of the NH Dental Society and NH Medicaid, represents NH DHHS on the steering committee of the NH Oral Health Coalition, and is a Fellow of the International College of Dentists.
