Dr. Sam Zwetchkenbaum is the State Dental Director at the Rhode Island Department of Health and the RI Medicaid Program. He previously directed the Hospital Dentistry residency at the University of Michigan, and he currently has faculty appointments at Brown University School of Public Health and Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Sam has provided clinical care in a variety of settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, community health centers, and private practice, and continues to provide dental care two evenings per week at Providence Community Health Center.
