Darren Drag, DMD

is the Director of Clinical Operations for the Tufts dental Facilities (TDF) program, the network of 7 dental offices in Massachusetts focusing on providing care to patients with intellectual, developmental, and acquired disabilities under the umbrella of the Tuft University school of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Drag has worked with the TDF program for over 20 years and has served as the program’s director for the past 15 years. In addition to the TDF program oversight, Dr. Drag also sees patients in the TDF Taunton clinic and in the operating room, and is a mentor to post-graduate dental residents and 4th year dental students at Tufts, treating patient with special needs together with them in real time.
Dr. Drag received his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northwestern University, and his DMD degree from Tufts. He also completed two years of general practice residency training at Tufts with a focus on treating patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
