This course will highlight the essential components of a dental employment contract, guiding you through the details of what to expect as a new dentist. It will cover market-driven compensation standards and employment laws to help reach agreements that satisfy both parties. Additionally, the discussion will extend to other forms of employment compensation, including health insurance, vacation time, and retirement benefits.
