This course is focused on preventing and managing problems. It helps clinicians develop additional expertise allowing surgical extractions to proceed more smoothly and with less stress. There are case reports of complications that didn't have to happen and that won't happen to the clinician because of this exposure. It will review full arch extractions and alveoplasty needed for immediate dentures. There is greater patient satisfaction and dentist productivity in combining multiple extractions with immediate dentures for patients in need of this service.

Speakers

After this course attendees will be able to:

  • Understand the potential for, then avoid and/or treat surgical complications
  • Identify alternative ways to assure numbness so that a procedure is not prolonged
  • Leverage your knowledge to multiple (including full arch) extractions
