This course will provide attendees with key information from our dental industry experts regarding practice transition strategies and how to successfully prepare yourself and your practice for a sale.
Speakers
After this course attendees will be able to:
- Understand the importance of developing an emergency exit strategy
- Determine practice valuations and what factors have the most impact on value
- Explain if a buy-in/buy-out is a good transition option
- Discuss dental lending and what banks look for
- Identify how to avoid common pitfalls and learn what transition obstacles can be avoided
- Discover how to find the right buyer/partner (individual versus DSO)
