Stop the Failures! Restore Endodontically Treated Teeth Successfully

The scientific evidence indicates that an inadequate coronal restoration may be the primary reason why endodontically treated teeth fail. The current state of treatment protocols performed in private practice will be reviewed with recommendations made for workflow modifications necessary for improving restorative outcomes of the endodontically treated tooth. Step-by-step protocols for a novel post and core system and essential tooth preparation technique will be visualized with HD video obtained with a dental microscope. Innovative treatment planning workflows will be presented for integrating endodontic therapy with chairside scanning and milling.

Speakers

After this course attendees will be able to:

  • Understand diagnostic criteria for selecting direct versus indirect options for devitalized teeth
  • Implement new strategies and systems to simplify placement of posts and foundational core restorations
  • Review preparation protocols and material selection for compromised endodontically treated teeth to avoid early fractures and failures
  • Reduce treatment time and visits with proficient integration of endodontic therapy with innovative restorative and CAD-CAM workflows

*Tuition includes a Kosher Lunch.
