In this course, you will learn that once you have identified a practice to buy, what to do next? Understanding the mechanics after you sign a Letter of Interest, the cash flow, building your team of advisors, comparing lenders, preparing and performing your due diligence, and preparing for Day 1. Day 1 consists of the transition day, meeting the staff, credentialing, setting up your bank accounts and merchant services, and understanding your accounting system, to name a few.

If you are a seller, learn what information you will need to provide to the buyer, accepting an offer, understand the timeline to complete the transaction, and determine if you plan to stay working in the practice after the transition.
