Millions of teeth are extracted yearly in the United States, yet less than 10% have implants or socket preparation for future implants or pontic sites. This course is designed for the general dentist who does, or wants to do extractions and immediate implants, along with bone grafting. Participants will learn the rationale for immediate placement of implants and techniques for grafting and socket preservation.

- Identify the ideal conditions for immediate restoration
- Explore treatment planning for simple and more complex implant cases
- Understand the rationale for full arch implant reconstruction
- Explain the use of bone grafting, where needed
