During this course, we will explore the who, what, why, when, and how of fitting sustainable and beneficial lifestyle habits into your daily schedule to reduce risks for common acute and chronic illnesses. We will learn how to prepare for and embrace expected changes to our endocrine systems over time. Finally, we will explore the healing powers of breathe and gratitude.
