Let’s face it. Your team is VITAL. They way they treat patients is a defining moment in how your patient feels about the doctor, their treatment, and the way the practice operates. In spite of your exceptional clinical skills, your TEAM can unwittingly weaken the strengths of your practice. This course will teach you and your team how to be intentionally dynamic to help your practice grow and thrive. Your team will learn how to become Patient Advocates while your clients are in their care. This course will help you increase your treatment acceptance, attract more patients, and create a team that works together using everybody’s strengths.
