Presented by the foremost leader in the DSO space, Brian Colao, Director of Dykema’s DSO Industry Group will give a crash course on all things DSO. During this course, attendees will be able to takeaway key learnings about what a DSO is, the evolution of group dentistry, DSO regulations and compliances and more! In addition, the audience will understand the steps that are involved in a transaction when it comes to selling your practice for those interested in going through the M&A process.
