Mark Robitaille joined Eastern Dentists Insurance Company as Claims Manager in 2024. Mark came to EDIC with significant claims management experience across multiple lines of business over his 24 years in the insurance industry. The last five years, he was Senior Process/Project Manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Mark has managed casualty, medical, auto, and homeowner’s liability claims and has experience in operations management, process excellence, innovation, and transformation. Mark is a graduate of Bentley University with a Business Management degree.
