is Clinical Professor in the Department of Health Policy & Health Services Research, Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine and Instructor in the Department of Oral Health Policy & Epidemiology, Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Professor Sarkis teaches courses in Bioethics, Jurisprudence, Health Law, Risk Management, and Research Compliance. She is President-elect of the American Society of Dental Ethics, serves on the Editorial Board of the Journal of the American College of Dentists, and the ADEA Professional, Ethical, and Legal Issues Section. She is a member of the American Society of Law, Medicine & Ethics, and the Academy for Professionalism in Healthcare.
