is an associate in the firm’s Health/Dental and Business Law Practice Area, where she represents dental practice and professionals with practice transition, employment and regulatory compliance matters. She assists clients with all phases of dental practice purchases and sales, and practice start-ups.
Julie received her juris doctor degree from the Northeastern University School of Law with a concentration in Health Law and Policy. While at NUSL, she held clerkships at NYU Langone
Health, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services., Julie also graduated magna cum laude from Union College.
Julie is admitted to the practice law in Massachusetts and is a member of the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts and the Massachusetts Bar Association. Outside of work, she enjoys
cooking and being outdoors. This spring, Julie ran the 2023 RBC Brooklyn Half Marathon as part of NYRR Team for Kids and raised money for New York Road Runners youth and community
programs.
