This course is designed to equip dental team members with the knowledge and tools necessary to prioritize and maintain their health and wellness in the demanding environment of dental practice utilizing the resources and professional partners of the MDS Health & Wellness Committee. Participants will explore various aspects of physical, mental, and emotional well-being, with a focus on practical strategies for stress management, healthy lifestyle choices, and maintaining work-life balance. Through interactive discussions, case studies, and self-assessment exercises, participants will gain valuable insights and develop personalized action plans to enhance their overall health and wellness.
