The practice of yoga was created over 5,000 years ago as a physical practice to help us navigate life, and today it's physical and therapeutic benefits are grounded in evidence-based research. This course will provide attendees with an understanding of how yoga at the roots of its ancient context can benefit the dental health care providers physically, mentally and spiritually and ultimately affect the quality of care they deliver to their patients. Attendees will experience yoga in their chairs and learn how the health benefits of yoga can be accessed simply in any chair, anywhere.
