Let’s look at the relationship between the dentist and dental team (including the dental assistant, hygienist, and front office) from both sides of the equation and have an open and honest discussion about how to bridge any gaps in those relationships. Dr. Rice shares what he has heard from the dentist side while Kevin brings the team and team point of view into the conversation. This will be unlike any course you've taken before and will be lively, interactive, and filled with relationship learning opportunities.

- Identify what dentists are looking for in their team members and some of the biggest pain points being discussed by dentists with their colleagues
- Determine what team members are looking for in an industry where team turnover is at an all-time high
- Understand the frustrations by both sides and how each can better understand what the other is going through
