When deciding to introduce a new technology or product, the cost of investment and ROI is always a consideration. The instructor will discuss how to determine if a product is worth the investment and how to forecast ROI. Innovations, products, and services that can help boost office production will be discussed. Improved production leads to a higher practice value and in today's climate, maximizing the capabilities of your practice is critical. There will be an interactive session that follows the discussion that includes demonstrations of some of the industry's most production-enhancing technologies.

- Learn how to forecast how long it takes for a product to pay for itself
