How do I get a transcript of the CE credits I earn at Yankee?

Upon entering classrooms, your QR code will be scanned to confirm your enrollment and attendance in the class. (In order to receive CE credits, you must be registered, scanned in, and you will still need to log in here or on the Yankee Mobile app and input the course’s secret code.)

Once CEs are entered, you may print at home or send your transcript to your personal email.

How will I know if supplies are needed for a course?

Should a course require that attendees bring supplies, the list of necessary supplies will be listed in the course descriptions found on the Yankee Dental Congress course search.

Can I add courses to my registration?
Online:

Add courses as you register on the sessions page.

If you have already registered, click on the registration button above and enter your last name and badge number (found in your confirmation email) and select “Add courses.”

Onsite:

Visit the registration desk and our staff will assist you with adding courses to your registration. (Please note that many courses will be sold out by the time we are onsite. We encourage you to add courses online to ensure you will get into the courses you are interested in taking.)

Why didn't I receive course tickets in my mailing?

Starting this year, we are no longer using course tickets.

Instead, you will receive just your name badge with a QR code. When you scan your QR code, you will see your course schedule with all your registered classes along with their dates and times. This digital schedule will update in real-time, reflecting any course adjustments.  Upon entering classrooms, your QR code will be scanned to confirm your enrollment and attendance in the class.

What if I do not receive my badge in the mail?

If you did not receive a badge in the mail, please go to the self-check in desks and scan the QR code in your Yankee confirmation email to have it printed. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, visit the registration desk and they can search for your registration and print your badge for you.

How can I request accommodations for special needs?

In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Yankee will make all reasonable effort to accommodate persons with disabilities at the meeting. Please submit your request in writing no later than December 16, 2024, to Massachusetts Dental Society, Two Willow Street, Southborough, MA 01745 or by email to yankeedental@massdental.org.
