Pathway Into and Out of Practice Ownership
Are you thinking about going into practice ownership or exiting practice ownership, and are looking to purchase, start a practice or sell your practice?
If you are buying a practice, this course will help you with preparing for ownership; transitioning into owning your practice and what happens after the transition.
Are you thinking of starting a practice and want to understand how to attract your patient base, develop your project team, determine a budget and size of your facility, find space, and get your financing in order?
Or are you thinking of selling your practice and need assistance in presenting the office for sale, determining a purchase price, and gathering the required information to transition the practice?
In this course we will discuss financing and building your team of advisors, in addition to what to expect after the transition.
- Learn how to find a practice for sale and present yourself as a qualified candidate
- Review cash flow, find a lender and walk through due diligence
- Prepare your practice for sale, set an asking price and transition the practice
- Identify a patient base and develop projections, budget if you are starting a practice
- Preparing the office for sale, set an asking price, and gathering the required information to transition the practice
- We will be walking through how to obtain financing and setting up your team of advisors, in addition to what to expect once you have transitioned into practice ownership
