I Found the Practice...Now What?
You will learn why it is important that an office has a strong cash flow, the pros and cons of buying a “fixer upper” and buying a “turn key” practice. We will review what a due diligence is and why it is important to perform one when purchasing an office. There will also be time for any and all questions to be answered.
- Determine if your practice purchase price is fair
- Identify what happens after you sign the LOI
- Determine what is a due diligence
- Understand what are accounts receivables and do I buy them
- Understand the transition process from associate to owner
- Identify overlooked small, but important transition details
- How to be prepared to be an attractive buyer
